He communicated well and was easy to work with, even when I was out of town for much of the time that repairs took place. I also asked him if he could remodel our small bathroom that was also flooded because it was kind of pointless to repair damage in a very outdated little bathroom. His team did an excellent job and I could not be more pleased. They even removed and disposed of all old fixtures and damaged items and cleaned the carpets until the whole basement looked MUCH better than it did previously. I’d hire them all again in an instant.
